Polar coordinates specify a point’s exact location by a distance and angle from the last
point that was entered. The distance is
always positive and the angle is measured from the
positive X axis.
For example, typing @4<45 tells AutoCAD to
locate a point that is four units away from
the current location and at an angle of 45
degrees from the horizontal.
